Yew Tree House

A beautiful Georgian farmhouse given a new family living space by Leaf Architecture. Our job was simple - to create a garden that compliments both the old and new. We did this be creating a new formal croquet lawn, gravel pathways, sunken driveway hidden by a Hornbeam hedge. The main terrace was raised to be flush with the internal floor and a water channel designed to create division and act a focal from the formal dining room in the old part of the house. All of this was complimented by a new secluded soft seating area, fireplace and mixed planting palette. Lighting was installed along with bespoke ironwork gates and Lime trees for height.
