Oxendon

One of the most exciting things about our work is that you never know what you are going to see when an enquiry comes through. This client was someone we knew from a previous project and they had bought a run-down farm to renovate. Our brief was to create a master plan and then carry out sections of the landscape works. One of the more unique aspects of this brief was that the client wanted to use reclaimed materials and have them laid so that they looked as if they had been down for centuries. He asked us to leave our spirit levels in the van and set about creating paths and terraces which had quirks and dips to them. There was also the amazing natural swimming pool and views to add to what was a wonderful space and completely at one with the heritage of its setting.
